This offer is good on any display business directory, enhanced classified or classified ad.  Changes made throughout the ad run must be presented in camera ready format. Changes which require reformatting or changes will require a $15 design fee and all changes must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to publication.

Advertising is accepted  in *.tif, .pdf,  or .jpg format. Resolution should be 300 and color format should be CMYK.  When paying with PAYPAL please include your phone number and email address. All advertising can be accomplished through phone and email consultations and file transfer.

Camera ready art can be scanned - with no charge for scanning. Please keep in mind, a digital  copy  (file on disc) will produce a higher quality ad which will retain better detail  through the printing process.   Ads created in  Word or other software do not reproduce with the quality you want in your advertisement.  They  will require reformatting or scanning into the appropriate format. Final hard copy to be scanned must be submitted as a quality laser print to reproduce as clearly as possible.

     We also offer graphic design services at a set rate per ad size. Inquire about rates. Typesetting  incurs a  one time  fee of $15.00.  Ongoing/subsequent ads which require content change will incur a minimum $15.00 fee for each  month changes are made - call or e-mail for details.

We maintain the most reasonable advertising rates possible to provide  the greatest visibility and best value for your advertising dollar. 

Advertising must be paid for when ads are placed.  Ongoing agreements require 1st month payment with placement and subsequent monthly payments are debited from Visa/MC account on the 15th of month prior to publication in order to receive  discount. All ongoing advertising agreements receive a 'price lock' at rate when agreement is made which is in effect for the full term of that agreement.

Cancellations - Refunds: Please check your ad carefully for errors/omissions.  VOC offers credit towards advertising (to be used within 4 months) for major  errors which affect the material value of the ad.  Credit is limited to the value of the ad and applicable to one placement only. As the advertiser, it is your responsibility to contact us after 1st placement if revisions/corrections are necessary.

Returned Check Fee: There is a $25 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds
